Customers Satisfaction Survey 2006
 


The Customer Satisfaction Survey from SICAL was started on 27th of October. SICAL waited until 19th of December 2006. SICAL has sent 162 questionnaires, this represents 20% of customers that bought between 1st of October 2005 and 30th of September 2006.

It was used the ABC method for analyzing the amount of purchases to select which customers would be researched.

With the forms received SICAL has reached to The Customers Satisfaction Index as being 8.69 of the maximum of 10 points.
